I think you may have a typo - the current CDR market removes less than 0.5 gigatons. Did you mean megatons?
Thank you for catching that, Rick! We've updated the blog and cited the most recent numbers from Carbon Direct, with the VCM removing 157 megatons in 2025 and removal specifically only 8 megatons of that total.
